My Juice Plus story so far...🌟
It is far from finished yet!
As with most, lockdown was a chance to spend time reflecting, being with my usually busy family and also lots of baking and eating! 🥧🧁🍰🎂🍮
Up went the weight ⏫
Down went the mood ⏬
We came out of lockdown and I couldn't fit into any of my work clothes! 🐷
I had already been increasing in weight due to depression and menopause. So found myself 40lbs heavier than I would like. 🙃
In the past I've tried WW and SW but just couldn't stick to them, they didn't fit into my life - our family life. Juice Plus fits perfectly 🥰
Plus, the other benefits are super amazing too.
So I take the Premium Capsules, Omega Capsules, Shakes and the occasional Uplift before I run.
So far I've lost 16lbs and 55 cms. SO FAR 🙌
The aches and pains I had before - hips, knees, lower back and all my marathon injuries - have eased or gone to the point that I'm running a half marathon for fun next week! 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️
I'm now in discussion with my Doctor to reduce my medication for my depression and anxiety.
Menopause! Well, I can now sleep, hot flushes have all but gone, the tiredness..... what tiredness !! 🤷‍♀️
I simply feel more human, more me.
