While continuing to open the gateway for me to become an Oden Reiki Master and continue building on my skills and mediumship abilities.

Everything I do and provide is tantric - tantra is the energy and frequency of love, the spiritual and physical practice of worship and embodiment of the divine feminine, and the thorough philosophical understanding of the structural correlation between the micro- and macrocosm of the universe. What is Tantra in Yoga?
Tantra तन्त्र (to weave) is an ancient practice of techniques that goes beyond āsana आसन (poses/postures) by including powerful layers such as mantra मन्त्रम् (sacred sound/vibration - a tool for the mind), mudrā मुद्रा (a symbolic/ritual gesture or pose involving hands or the entire body to stimulate the flow of prāṇa प्राण life force energy through the body and mind intensify the power of a yoga practice), bhānda बन्ध (a lock or bind temporarily halting the flow of blood to increase fresh blood flow and prāṇa प्राण life force energy to control and influence energy flow through the nāḍīs नाड़ी energy channels and flush out dead cells), kriyā क्रिया (completed action creating higher awareness and consciousness in the form of visual meditation), prāṇāyāma प्राणायाम (controlled breathing exercises & patterns which elevates & expands the prāṇāshakti प्राणशक्ति cosmic & physical life energies; the power of vital energy), chakra चक्र work (energy wheels/points in the body corresponding with bundles of nerves & major organs which affect our energetical & physical body and regulate our emotions) - āsana (poses) correspond with different energy points in the body therefore balancing, stabilizing & regulating the physical & energetic bodies for optimal well being, with an understanding that our internal and external realities are a reflection and divine manifestation of cosmic intelligence (as above, so below - as within, so without).
