As a Sexual Wellness Coach for the last decade, I am passionate about challenging the current cultural trends, particularly the impact that pornography is having on us individually and collectively. My signature program, Everyday Heroes, is for men who watch porn - I help them become free of the isolation and pain of their secret on-line lives, re-do their sex-education and have a fresh start at intimacy, without the devastation of being found out or being further shamed.

I believe we are dealing with a silent, dark and dangerous epidemic and I urge individuals, couples and parents to have courageous, compassionate conversations in order to stop the destructive, downward spiral.
