What is the production time?

⋒ Bulk orders (souvenirs/gifts) - Expect 3 to 4 weeks production time. It depends on the order line up and stocks availability (cords color, type of hooks etc.) We also suggest that you order ahead of time. We don't accept rush bulk orders.
NOTE: All your orders are crafted with an obsessive attention to detail and operated by one person only ♡
Do you have ready-to-ship items?

Do you have Shopee or Lazada?
⋒ As of the moment, we don't have.
Can i cancel my order?
⋒ Unfortunately, we don't accept cancellation of orders since all items are made to order and raw materials are purchased depending your orders.
What to expect when buying handmade products?
⋒ Since everything was handmade, measurements in each item might have slight differences.
⋒ We we're also helping Filipino manufacturers since we use locally-sourced only materials.
