About Me

Hi! I’m Lindsey.

I'm married to the cute boy I met in a college freshman speech class, and we manage the chaos of five kids (4 boys, 1 girl), a 6-year-old beagle-mix pup, a feisty 3-year old german shepherd-mix pup, a bearded bearded dragon, and 10 backyard chickens. It's a zoo, y'all.

We spent 13+ years renovating a 120-year-old fixer upper in the Philly-burbs, and in June of 2019 we had the opportunity to sell it + move to the southwest. We packed our bags and headed to Flagstaff, Arizona.

I love love love coffee, comfy jeans, and a good adventure. Travel is my love language. Put me on a plane, boat, or train, and I'm in my happiest of happy places!

We're totally the crunchy people who used midwives for all of our births, and we had our last four babies at home. Our last two arrived as baby A and baby B - twins!

Through the years my husband + I have both grown in our understanding of wellness living, toxins, and self-advocacy. We've seen functional medicine doctors, holistic care providers, naturopaths, an iridologist, nutritionists, chiropractors, and acupuncturists in addition to our regular traditional medicine care providers - always seeking to understand how we can better care for ourselves + our kiddos, and our pets too.

I have Hashimotos - an autoimmune disease that sometimes rears its ugly head in the worst ways. I’m also currently undergoing IV Therapy to treat Epstein Barre, and I also have the MTHFR genetic mutation (nope, not a teenage mutant ninja turtle - that would be cooler), as do several of our kids. My husband + one of our kiddos suffer from vaxx injuries that went undiagnosed and unreported for way too long because we didn't understand toxins and how they can negatively affect the body. One of our twins was born with an undiagnosed unilateral cleft lip and palate. We deal with real-life issues of sleep drama, emotional baggage, focus issues, stress, loss and grief, and all the ups and downs that being human equals. We're real people. And we face real highs and very real lows. We've discovered that keeping toxins OUT and upping our oil game has considerable benefits to our health + happiness. And we love to talk about it.

Wellness advocacy is my passion, and oils are my hustle.

I love to share our journey (past and present!) + hope to inspire and empower others to be brave, to self-advocate, and to keep fighting for their wellness.
