I understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. I do require a 48 hours notice if you need to Cancel, Reschedule or Adjust services for your reservation.

By requesting appointment with me you are agreeing to my cancellation policy. Cancellation fees will be charged to the card on file.

Should you cancel your appointment or reschedule with LESS than 48 hours notice,
A service (s) fee does apply and will be due before a new appointment is scheduled.
Fees as follow:
$30 fee for haircut only
$50 fee for color only
$80 fee for color and haircut service

PLEASE NOTE: Cancellations or Rescheduling can be made through my booking system.
Rescheduling after 48hrs- need to text lupe.

Late arrivals: please note that if you are more than 15 minutes late for your service, I may not be able to accommodate the service or services booked.

Failure to show up for your reservation with no contact will result in a service fee and will be due before any appointment is scheduled.

Clients who NO SHOW on more than one occasion will not be able to book with me.
