About Khadèj

Making the world smile one breath at a time...

Khadèj Fáll is a creative and engaging writer, presenter and interdisciplinary thinker whose work has brought her all over the world. An event and project manager by trade, she left the corporate financial and telecommunication world to build her own company that provides a broad range of professional services including: project management consulting (Scrum-certified and comfortable with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies), fundraising, social media marketing, event coordination and campaign coverage for live events. She brings expertise across various platforms including radio, social media, radio, and media outlets around the world, and has successfully coordinated large international festivals.

Khadèj recently acquired her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training certification and enjoys providing concentrated instruction on Yin, Restorative, and Meditation yoga genres to help people who cope with anxiety, stress, addiction and trauma.

As a well-traveled person with a diverse background, Khadèj is known for her ability to adapt to different situations and environments. Putting people first, she has a positive work ethic and brings solutions, encouraging words, and a gift of making people smile wherever she goes. Above all, she is a passionate and critically-acclaimed advocate for not only mental health awareness, but also for the importance of education and creative arts and how they can contribute to healthier individuals and communities. She presented and was recently published in the latest edition of the European Conference on Mental Health Abstract Book.

In 2018, she started a Yoga and Wellness organization named MeditateYin, which offers Mobile yoga therapy and instruction for individuals, organizations, events, and retreats both locally and internationally. Khadèj is a passionate believer in how yoga transforms and heals. She is enthusiastic when sharing the joys and benefits of yoga with everyone that she encounters, through writing, teaching, and practicing.

Khadèj is bilingual in English and French with some knowledge of Spanish and Arabic. In her free time, she enjoys travelling, volunteering at and attending music and art-related events, soccer games, playing beach-volleyball, and of course, practicing yoga.
Her personal motto is "Breathe ... and smile!".
