I’m Melanie, Fusilier and I am on a mission to help you believe you are The Most Beautiful Child of God that he created you to be! A woman no longer stuck, believing the toxic BS (belief systems) society has fed her or limited by the pain of her past.

I am also a daughter of the King, Wife, Mama to three Babes, transformational trauma Coach, John Maxwell Leadership Coach, Speaker & Trainer, child abuse prevention advocate and Consultant!

But let me share with you why I am

As far back as I can remember in my childhood I was sexually molested, and driven to meet the expectations of others in order to receive love. This started me on a path of toxic relationships, self bitterness, guilt and shame.

I didn’t know it but I became fearful of rejection and people’s intentions. That resulted in me self-sabotaging my relationships and pushing people away which left me feeling abandoned and that I didn’t belong..

In 2007 I lost all of my hair to alopecia. I was faced with the choice to no longer suffer in silence and I sought out the help I needed to mend from the pain of my trauma that I subconsciously buried so deep that I didn’t realize it was controlling the struggles I had in my life.

With zero confidence in myself and deep rooted limiting beliefs, I knew I had to make drastic changes in order to transform my life. I wanted to give my children the Freedom
and deliverance that I never had as a child and young adult.

Through the grace of God, my inner resilience and grit was unleashed!!

I had a fulfilling career as a Teen Leadership Teacher, and Adapted Special needs coach! Before kids I also coached volleyball & softball. In 2016 I took it upon myself to get personal development and I set out to 10x my life! I got certified with The John Maxwell Team as a Leadership Coach, Facilitator, Trainer and Speaker.

I have always stood firm on the belief that “All Things are possible through Christ” so I locked arms with him and shed the identity of broken and bitter. I embarked upon a journey to Passionately Pursue my Purpose and become a woman of unshakable Confidence! That confidence was in fact shaken in 2017.

Since my first child I had always had the desire to stay home with my kiddos and after I had my third child I was in a place to become a SAHM! This proved to be a difficult transition and I found myself stuck in regards to my confidence as a parent. I was falling back into a pattern of anger, guilt and shame. This told me that I still had some work to do.

So this was just the beginning. I realized that I needed to un-learn the B.S. (Belief Systems) that this toxic world has thrown at me.

I diligently have researched, and learned from mentors to understand the reasons why survivors of trauma, think and behave the way they do as a result of their pain.

I also realized that I was missing something by only having the role as a stay at home mom. One of my mentors said if you feel overwhelmed, then you are probably under purposed. So I set out to pursue a new purpose in my new role and started a Parents Pursuing Purpose Blog!

This pursuit became the catalyst for my personal mending and success and has equipped me to empower fellow survivors and parents to overcome and co create with God the life of their dreams!

I was super busy and was presented with an opportunity to join an anti aging Haircare company and start a business. I immediately said no because I was too busy juggling, three kids, a blog, and trying to get my coaching business off the ground.

But as I do with all big decisions I told my friend that I would pray about it. I heard an instant yes and I took a leap of faith, gave it to God and did it afraid!

Well, God knew what I didn’t know and it was the best decision I have made! God had the vision for me to mend my coaching, my personal experiences, my freedom Ministry training and now this shampoo Biz to impact the lives of others!!

Going through the action steps of this business, coupled with the phenomenal leadership, personal development and amazing products, I have been able to make a difference in the lives of so many people!

It was through this business that I was able to identify my CORE limiting BS and Believe in myself and know that I am worthy and I belong! I am committed to Loving others hard and helping them to revive their self worth and renew their minds to be Confident and BELIEVE in the abundant life that God wants them to have.

I have the unique super “natural”
Power to use the help of the Holy Spirit to identify and decode my client’s subconscious limiting beliefs, mindset blocks and blind spots to their negative coping mechanisms.

My relationship with God and personal experiences helps me have a strong foundation to elicit breakthrough and lasting transformation for professional entrepreneurs, Christian lady bosses and mamas around the globe!!

I have a desire to make disciples and advance the Kingdom through, social media, events, workshops, trainings and retreats. I am committed to live my life in such a way that shows others that no matter the struggle or experience, Victory is already won. I have a passion to influence Youth and anyone who influences Youth to Walk with Purpose and Collide with Destiny so they can leave a Legacy for the next generation!

My journey is proof that mending on Purpose is possible and that trauma doesn’t happen to us but for us!!

Today I’m living my best life in Flower mound Texas with my husband, two daughters and son. They are my biggest inspiration and motivation to do whatever it takes! I have mended my ministry, coaching and beauty business to help others live a beautiful life of purity, peace and purpose!
