  1. PhytoReds - Red Velvet Protein Balls

    PhytoReds - Red Velvet Protein Balls

    INGREDIENTS
    • 1 cup pitted dates
    • 1/2 cup almond flour
    • 2 scoops of PhytoReds
    • 1 tsp vanilla bean paste
    • 1/3 cup cacao powder
    • 4 tsp rice malt syrup
    • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
    • 1/4 cup Modere’s Choc Shake Pea Protein

    METHOD
    Place dates in a blender & blitz.

    Add in almond flour, PhytoReds, vanilla, cacao powder, rice malt syrup and vinegar, and blend.

    Scoop out tbsp amounts of dough and roll into balls, then roll them in PhytoReds to coat.

    Enjoy!

    PhytoReds - Radical Red Super Smoothie

    INGREDIENTS
    • 1/2 cup chopped red cabbage
    • 1 mango
    • 1 banana
    • 2/3 cup cooked beetroot
    • 1/2 cup of almond milk
    • 2 tbsp of chia seeds
    • 2-3 tsp of fresh ginger
    • 2 tbsp of honey
    • 2 scoops of PhytoReds

    METHOD
    In a blender, blend mango, cooked beetroots, banana and cabbage.

    Follow this by adding almond milk, chia seeds, fresh ginger and Phytoreds.

    Add honey and blend until smooth. Fill up a tall glass and enjoy!

  3. PhytoGolds - Golden Bliss Balls

    PhytoGolds - Golden Bliss Balls

    INGREDIENTS
    • 1.5 cups of slivered almonds or whole almonds
    • 1 tbsp vanilla essence
    • 2 tbsp coconut oil, melted
    • 1/8 cup almond meal
    • 1.5 cups dried apricots
    • 1.5 cups of desiccated coconut
    • 1/2 cup water
    • 1 scoop PhytoGolds

    METHOD
    Place almonds, vanilla essence, PhytoGolds, water, melted coconut oil, almond meal, dried apricots and half of the coconut into a food processor.

    Blend this mixture for 2-3 minutes or until it has come together.

    Take a small about of this mixture into the palm of your hand and roll into a small ball.

    Repeat until all the mixture is gone! Roll each ball in the remaining desiccated coconut.
    Leave in the fridge for 30 minutes before eating.

  4. PhytoGolds - Gold Goodness Chia Pudding

    PhytoGolds - Gold Goodness Chia Pudding

    INGREDIENTS
    • 2/3 cup water
    • 4 cardamon pods
    • 1 cup almond milk
    • 1/2 cup chia seeds
    • 2 scoops of Modere Phytogolds

    TOPPINGS
    • 1 cup vanilla yogurt
    • 1/4 cup blueberries
    • 1 tsp flax seeds to serve

    METHOD
    In a saucepan, combine water and cardamom pods and simmer until the water is reduced by half. Add almond milk and bring to a simmer. Remove the saucepan from heat and set aside for 10 minutes.

    Strain the infused milk through a sieve into a mixing bowl. Add chia seeds and PhytoGolds and stir well to combine. Pour into small jars or glasses and leave overnight.

    Serve the pudding with yoghurt, berries, flax seeds and honey.

    PhytoGreens - Supercharged Green Smoothie

    INGREDIENTS
    • 1/2 avocado
    • 1/4 green apple
    • 1 handful of spinach
    • 2 scoops of Mōdere PhytoGreens
    • 1 scoop of Mōdere Axis TreBiotic
    • 1/4 cup of Mōdere Mineral Supplement
    • 1/4 cup of Mōdere Aloe Vera
    • juice of 1/2 lemon to taste (optional)

    METHOD
    Blend avocado and green apple.

    Add spinach, PhytoGreens, Mineral Supplement and Aloe Vera and lemon (to taste) and blend away.

    Serve with a scoop of TreBiotic on top for an extra hit of pre, pro and postbiotics.

    The end result, a delicious way to drink your greens.

  6. PhytoGreens - Green Hummus

    PhytoGreens - Green Hummus

    INGREDIENTS
    • 16oz can of chickpeas
    • 2 tbsp tahini
    • 1 scoop PhytoGreens
    • 1 tbsp minced garlic
    • 2 tbsp lemon juice
    • 2 tbsp fresh chives
    • 1/4 tsp ground sea salt

    METHOD
    Rinse and drain chickpeas.
    Blend all ingredients together until smooth.
    Enjoy with veggies or your favourite crusty bread.

Black Forest Protein Balls

INGREDIENTS

• 1 cup of desiccated coconut
• 1 1/4 cups of Mōdere's Sustain Chocolate Bliss
• 1 cup of raspberries
• 3 tbsp of honey
• 2 tbsp of Blackberry TRIM
• 1 cup of chopped almonds (used for rolling)

METHOD
Line a baking tray with baking paper and set aside.

Add all ingredients in a food processor, pulse a few times to incorporate ingredients except the almonds and then process on high until well combined and the mixture begins to stick. together.

Pick up 1-2 tablespoons at a time of the mixture and roll into small balls then roll in the chopped almonds.

Set in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
