Thank you for choosing Moj. beauty In order to offers the best service below our booking policy

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Welcome to Moj.Beauty, a home-based studio in Aberdeen, Scotland.

Booking & Payment:

Deposit: A 50 %non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment for studio booking and will be deducted from the total fee

Final Payment: For studio services, payment is due 24 hours before the appointment. cash is accepted.

Home appointment: Full payment is required for home calls makeup Service bookings within or outside Aberdeen

Bridal Bookings: A 70% non-refundable retainer secures your date. The balance is due a minimum of 5 days before your event.
No payment on an event day, please


Studio & Appointment Policies:
5. Lateness: A £10 fee applies for lateness over 20 minutes. After 30 minutes with no communication, the appointment is canceled without a refund.

6. Pets: Pets are not allowed in the studio.

7. Travel Costs: Travel fees apply for all home services and bridal appointments will be agreed upon beforehand.

Service & Media Consent:

Booking a session with us means you give us the rights to make photographic/video content for social media and advertising purposes.

If required that your picture not be taken please inform us before booking your appointment

8. Satisfaction: If you’re not satisfied, a redo may be offered on the same day (or within a month if available). No refunds for completed services.

9. Allergies: Inform us of any allergies before booking.

10. Media Use: By booking, you agree to let us use photos/videos for promotional purposes unless you notify us in advance.

11. Payments should be made to the account provided in your confirmation email. Use your date and time as the payment reference (e.g., 12/02/24 - 4 PM).
