Yoga Nidra: Also known as "Yogic Sleep", these short but powerful 30min brain-wave meditation sessions can be done individually or in groups. At its highest-level, these practices have been used by high-performing athletes and executives to mentally and physically prepare for major events. As a trauma-healing support tool, these practices can aid in the reprogramming of limited beliefs and mindsets from past experiences. At its most fundamental level, yoga nidra provides moments of deep rest and restoration for those experiencing physical, mental and/or emotional burnout. These sessions can be done
virtually or in-person.

Power/Hatha-Vinyasa Yoga: These 60-75min sessions can be done individually or in groups and are perfect for those who want a more personalized practice plan. These include (but are not limited to) having preferences for your style of practice (ie. 26/2, power vinyasa, longer practices), or having schedule or accessibility preferences that can be better fulfilled outside of the studio by a private instructor. These sessions are done in-person only.

Full Spectrum Pregnancy Yoga via NESTED HOUR: This 1:1 session is perfect for those preparing to become pregnant, are currently pregnant, and/or have recently given birth (0-12 months after birth). Rooted in yoga therapy, these sessions focus on the individual the needs of each womxn in each of the Four Trimesters and will include tools for birth. These sessions will include any of the following modalities: pregnancy yoga asana, breathwork, mantra and/or yoga nidra. First couple sessions must be done in-person.
Option to add Doula Services.
Womxn's Wellness + Cycle Support Yoga via NESTED HOUR: These sessions can be done individually or in groups. Rooted in yoga therapy, these practices are designed to work with the individual needs of each womxn and uses specific practices for each of the monthly and lifetime cycles each woman experiences. Suitable for all ages and most suitable for those who experience female hormonal cycles. These sessions can be done in-person or virtually.
