I'm Jamie, a fitness and lifestyle coach with the mission to help women live an ambitious and energised life with health and fitness. It's so much more than "just going to the gym" but creating the life you deserve with the balance you're craving.

I've been in the fitness industry for a few years now and when the pandemic hit it became an opportunity to help someone like you, who may be outside of my home town.

I'm an ambitious and passionate woman who loves playing soccer, being outdoors and catching up for coffee dates at the beach.

Our Group Coaching Program is designed for women who want to learn how to work out consistently and improve their health, but aren't sure where to start. We'll help you set up a workout program that's right for your goals, then teach you how to follow it every day with confidence. You'll also learn about nutrition through our macro guidance and education, as well as weekly check-ins via group chat! Once a month we'll host a Q&A session where everyone can ask questions and get answers from me directly.

I know what it's like to feel like you don't belong in the gym—to feel like everyone else is more confident in their workout than you are. And I also know what it's like to feel like you don't have time for exercise—that there are too many things on your plate that need attention first. But as you get fitter and healthier, those things will start falling off your plate because they're no longer priorities! You'll have more time for yourself and for the people who matter most in your life.
