Before I get started I'd like to tell you a little bit about me.
I am passionate about travelling and supporting marine projects around the world.
I don't have a university degree in marine biology. Yet, I join marine programs and are involved in projects around the world.
I know the struggle of wanting to work in marine, helping the ocean wherever I can but job requirements are often master degree and 5+ years of experience.
I always loved volunteer work, but obviously I couldn't live of it and over time it got also a bit expensive. So I came across this opportunity to work online, and this is when I got all my visions and downloads how we can help the ocean as a collective.
By being a traveler by heart, too, not wanting to settle down, not knowing what opportunities can come up tomorrow, be flexible, and live in different countries at any stage of my life - that's the life I am creating for myself.
Living a very various lifestyle I meet people with the most different stories - not matter if it is other traveller wanting to make travelling their full-time job, or staying at home moms to spend more time with their kids, fifo workers who want to change their lifestyle.
Therefore, I am running 2-3 businesses within one. How I do that? With the help of one extremely adaptable business model. No matter where you are at in life, this business model is the vehicle that adapts to your current situation, gives you the roadmap and takes you to where you want to be.
What I learned from taking this step to work online; when you decide to make your time a priority and put it towards what you love, you are attracting the people who feel aligned with you & new opportunities coming your way✨

Volunteering is my passion and I can't see me doing anything else than helping the ocean and supporting NGOs for the rest of my life, so I decided to take steps to make it my reality.
I partnered with an educational platform that teaches how to create a personal brand and turn your social media into an income.
For me, travelling around the world and being involved in volunteer projects is what I long for. The automated income allows me to support this lifestyle and to pay for the travel & volunteering fees.
I realised fast how this business model can help people and planet on a bigger scale. Therefore, I want to share and give others this opportunity to follow this lifestyle and find a way how to get easily involved in marine conservation projects. ✨

Why does volunteering matter?
I'm making volunteering my full-time job and get paid! How?
I love volunteering from the bottom of my heart.
Volunteering is so much more than helping an organisation without pay. Volunteering is about knowledge, connecting to people and the land, and giving back to nature.
You meet like-minded people. People with the same interests and passion creating together an energy that fulfills the heart and soul, a feeling of belonging and being whole.
There are so many different types of volunteering; marine, wildlife, child care, age care, you name it.
Just choose the one you are passionate about, and you find you pathway and the right people along the way.
For me, my passion is the ocean. Anything marine related gets me excited, this includes land as well. Because what we do here on land affects our oceans the most.
But in fact, it is the people that make the whole experience. Joining a volunteer project is like meeting soul siblings. You all have the same passion, the same goal and share visions to get the best outcome for the future. You learn from each other. The shared knowledge in the group is more valuable than any book. People from different places, different experiences, different learnings come together and expand their knowledge by learning from you, from this place, this experience, and share it with the next project and so on.
You fulfill and inspire so many human beings, you make lifetime connections, and when you are together you feel you can create anything, something bigger and better. I see volunteer projects like a puzzle where pieces come together and create a whole picture.
Every piece is an important part of the puzzle, without it, it won’t make an entire picture.
My goal is to make lifetime experiences like this. Connecting with my people and giving back to nature. This fulfills my soul.
Therefore, why not getting automated income and using it for something good. Become a vessel, give, and universe gives back to you.

I organise conservation retreats and programs for my team, taking them to volunteer projects around the world aiming to inspire them and to learn about the ocean by having hands-on experiences. Last year I joined Biosphere Foundation on their Ridge to Reef Program. I was so amazed by this experience and the knowledge it provides about the land and the sea🌎
This is the place where I got all my downloads and visions how we can help our oceans as a collective and I want to share this knowledge for others to unlock their gifts.
This program is for passionate ocean lovers who want to learn about the foundations of marine conservation, understand the how everything on land affects the oceans & get hands-on experiences !🌊
No matter if you just found your passion to support the ocean, if you've join conservations projects before and want more experience or if you studied marine biology!
This program is tailored to anyone who is eager to learn & wants to have hands-on experiences.
From learning how to make compost from scratch, replant coral fragment, install diversity enhancers and regenerating the reefs around the national park of Menjagan Island!

Get to know the real Bali, and immerge yourself in the local community, culture & food!
Buidling a strong relationship with the Biosphere team I am organising group trips to come and join the program🌊
It's for volunteers to learn new skills and creating unforgettable memories while actively helping the ocean, as well as, it is an amazing reference for your resume!
At the same time the NGOs will be provided with more volunteers to support the local region!
