Meet the “Hooker”
My name is Amber— I’m a mom of two, living in wild, wonderful West Virginia. My kiddos love all the handmade plushies and try to steal them every chance they get!
I’ve been crocheting for over 20 years! (Fun fact, crocheting is NOT knitting— I actually don’t know how to knit.) My mom taught me a basic crochet stitch when I was in college, and everything else I have learned has been self-taught. Crocheting is like therapy to me and a perfect way to calm my mind and body. It’s also a great time to dive into my favorite true crime podcasts or new audiobook.
When I’m not crocheting, you’ll most likely find me thinking about crochet, researching new crochet patterns, or at the craft store buying more yarn.

These adorable loveys are the perfect size for snuggling! Their heads are stuffed, while their bodies are left unstuffed— making them a perfect fit for little arms to hold.

Care Instructions
Caring for your items
As their name implies, my handmade loveys are meant to be LOVED on. It is my greatest wish that each lovey becomes a child’s most treasured item. Caring for these loveys is super simple, and if cared for correctly, your lovey should last for years to come!
WASHING -
Loveys and plushies can be hand-washed, spot cleaned, or washed in the washing machine. Use a gentle cycle and a mesh wash bag to prevent any snagging of the yarn. Lay flat to dry— DO NOT place your loveys or plushies in the dryer.
LOOSE THREADS -
When I crochet each lovey, I tuck the threads inside to hide them; however, when your lovey is well-loved, it is possible for the threads to come loose. Please DO NOT cut loose threads, as this could cause the lovey to unravel. Use a yarn needle (or your fingers) to tuck the threads back within the lovey.
