• photo ID of child (may use school ID, permit, passport, or yearbook photo that shows their full name)

• Copy of minor’s Birth Certificate

• Adult: Valid photo ID that shows matching full name OR address
(if full name/address do not match the birth certificate: must verify relationship via marriage certificate, change of name, divorce papers, adoption papers, etc.)

Getting pierced is an exciting experience and it’s natural to want to capture the moment. However:

Video and photo recording is NOT PERMITTED during the procedure, though photos may be taken afterwards! This is a safety, sterility, and liability issue, as well as an issue of personal comfort for your piercer.

Our piercing chair can accommodate a maximum weight capacity up to 400 lbs.

Only ONE guest is permitted in the piercing area at a time to spectate.

This ensures I have enough room to work and move around without creating any hazards.

We offer free assistance for any issues with your new piercing within 14 days of the initial appointment including:
- embedded jewelry / longer posts
- reinstalling dislodged jewelry (must have original pieces - we do not replace lost jewelry)

After 14 days, service fees may apply for:
- jewelry changes
- tapering
- replacement posts
- other adjustments

After this timeframe, it may be difficult to determine if the issue is related to the original service, especially if aftercare wasn’t followed.

We always make sure you’re happy with the marking/placement prior to piercing. If you later change your mind about the location, that’s a personal preference—not an error on our end. In those cases, our service has been completed as agreed, and re-pierces will incur our standard piercing fee.

After your piercing has had some initial healing time, it's crucial to come back for a downsized post. When a piercing is fresh, we use a longer post to accommodate any swelling and ensure proper healing. However, once that swelling goes down, that longer post can cause problems like:

• Irritation or discomfort
• Snagging on hair or clothing
• Migration or shifting of the piercing
• Slower overall healing

Downsizing to a shorter post helps the jewelry sit more snugly and comfortably against the skin, reducing risks and promoting healthier healing.

The new downsized post is a completely new piece of jewelry, not just a modification of what you already have. Just like any high-quality body jewelry, it comes at a cost due to the materials used (like implant-grade titanium or solid gold) and the precision manufacturing involved.

However, I want to make this process as smooth and affordable as possible for you—that’s why I don’t charge for the service of changing it. You’re only paying for the new piece itself, and I’ll happily do the jewelry change for you free of charge to make sure it's done safely and correctly.

Downsized posts typically range at a discounted rate of $10-$15 / per piece.

It is your responsibility to check in with your piercer around your suggested downsize time frame and schedule your appointment.

A booking fee is a promise of future payment and will be taken off of the final price of your service the day of your appointment.

Putting down a booking fee secures the date/time window for your appointment so no one else can take your place. Your artist blocks this portion of their day off specifically for you.

Booking fees are non-refundable. Please read all booking terms carefully before sending your payment. Submitting your booking fee confirms that you have read and agreed to these terms.

No-shows and short notice reschedules (whether because you are nervous, forgot, or had something come up last minute) cause your artist to miss out on income vital to the success of their career and may hinder your ability to book in the further.

Sexual harassment or predatory / abusive behavior towards staff or other clients IN OR OUT of the studio will not be tolerated and will result in a permanent ban from further services.

Including but not limited to:

• Inappropriate attempts to touch staff or yourself.

• Comments of a sexually explicit nature (in person, on the phone, or online).

• Inappropriate contact of staff outside of professional / business platforms.

• Profane, threatening, intimidating, harassing, or hateful language or behavior.
