Our past reality is shifting somewhat dramatically. Some of us may be losing everything we ever thought we had securing our space in this world. We may know that we will be alright, we may feel as though we might not make it through the next day... I believe we have an opportunity to make very real changes, and for the better for all.

Preparing for the New Earth, referring to the Eckhart Tolle book A New Earth, is about presence, acceptance and detaching from the stronghold of the egoic mind, welcoming inner peace.

All levels of experience are welcome. If you've never done yoga before, this will be the perfect introduction for you.
