We curate slow and restful nature-based experiences and hold inclusive brave spaces for one/teams to slow down and rest.
In our daily life, we are often used to a hurried pace, non-stop achieving, endless to-do lists. We operate on auto-pilot mode and this has caused us to be detached - from the relationships in our life.
At Slow Forest Days, we believe there is another way of living - one where we can be brave and choose to be present in our relationships with self, others and nature.
Values
💚 Roots
To remember our roots and find our way home. To remember that we are all humans and it is okay to not be perfect, we are already whole as we are.
💚 Relationships
We take a relational approach where we let our body and heart take the lead. When we slow down and notice what’s around us, we also relate to our relationships with self, others and nature.
💚 Space
We choose to use the word brave because it is really up to each individual to define how “safe” a space is for them. We hold brave spaces for one/teams to choose give themselves space to do things a little differently, to unlearn and to relearn how to slow down and rest. We believe that one can choose to make space for their own self-care and healing.
Working in partnership with nature, we always say “the forest is the therapist, as guides we open the doors for one to experience nature”.
All are welcome - come as you are.
Our logo also truly embodies our values and that’s another story to share!
