Small Bites Patisserie was established by Melbourne graduated Pastry Chef, Icasia Adi Susanto in 2016 back in Surabaya, Indonesia.
After working as a Pastry Chef in various venues such as, Gazi, Collins Square Hospitality Group, Giuseppe Arnaldo & Sons, Fatto Bar & Cantina, The Cupcake Queens and many other places, she wanted to take up a new challenge and establishing her own business.
One of her dream is that one day she can have her own cafes in Melbourne serving fusion Indonesian dessert with Australian influence.
