I know what it’s like to feel stuck, lost, and like life is just happening to you. For years, I was trapped in toxic cycles, weighed down by self-hatred, limiting beliefs, addictions, and hiding behind a smile. But deep down, I knew I was meant for MORE.

I started my personal development and healing journey after leaving an abusive relationship in 1999.... Yikes along time ago .. lol..

Fast forward to a life-changing awakening in 2008 in the Himalayas and everything about my Frequency shifted into another level. I turned my Self Loathing into Self Loving , I took MY POWER and ENERGY back. I started saying NO . I started to get clean... I committed to my Spiritual Practices + Rituals. I changed my Frequency and I tapped into the frequency of love, abundance, and pure MAGIC, ✨

It's not ALL been Unicorns🦄 and Rainbows 🌈 In 2012 my life turned upside down with devastation. My 35 year old brother Jeremy died suddenly in his sleep .😭
2 days later my beautiful mother-in law Patricia who we lived with passed away too. 😭
I was pregnant at the time and my unborn baby was the Light that saw us all through the darkest days and years of our lives..
After this I stopped believing in the universe had my back. I stopped my spiritual practices, I stopped believing in Angels. For 5 years that part of me died when my brother died. Then it all came back one Magical evening in 2017 and that's a story for another day 🤣🤩

In 2019 we chose to leave our life in Devon and move to Scotland , I wanted to give my family their Granddaughter and see if I could bring the Light back to their lives 💜

Which it did. Then in 2022 my Hero My beloved Grandma Winnie died after an 18 month battle . I am so thankful I moved up to Scotland when I did. To have that time with her. Seeing my Grandma pass away in front of me was one of the hardest experiences of my life. But. I'm sharing this because it's part of my journey and I know it will be part of many of yours too. ,. Part of my work is to help people heal from grief and release the dense energy that comes from from it. I have transmuted my grief to Love and I can assist you in doing the same.

I have lived to tell the tale and it's now been 5 years since I started Soul Sista and I LOVE nothing more than helping women Step into their POWER and SHINE ✨

In 2023 I had a Cosmic Awakening and I activated my Dormant DNA enabling me to tap into my Multidimensional Aspects of me living in Higher Dimensions of reality . Buckets full of gratitude 🙏. I never in my wildest dreams believed that I would in my whole life have the honour to meet so many wonderful human beings, but you enabled me to in two short days make this a reality, meeting doesn’t come close to how I feel.

When I booked my place at the retreat I wasn't sure why I had done that or what I wanted out of it but it just felt like something I needed to do for myself and so glad I listened to the Universe. Not only do I think I have found my purpose for the new chapter of my life (a culmination of 30 years of dreams) but you Ladies remi nded me that there are always women out there who will have my back and I'm never alone in my struggles. What a weekend that was the name is spot on cause it was definitely WILD 💯. I am pure blessed to have met 28 very strong, amazing, loving, influential woman 🙏. The tears, laughter, screams, conversations, cuddles was exactly what I needed to have in my life 💜. I wholeheartedly want to thank you all as you all for a weekend I will remember for the rest of my life 🙏.
