For many, many years I was paranoid, insecure and hated myself. I found myself in very toxic controlling relationships that made me feel utterly worthless. 💩

I carried around so many hurts, pains and addictions.

To the outside world I looked happy. I used to hide behind a big smile. My life came crashing down and I hit rock bottom. I had a choice.. I could either keep going on this road of self destruction and letting life happen to me OR I could CHOOSE to take control of my life and make life happen FOR me..

A little voice inside me said, Emma you are meant for more. 😍

I started listening to this voice, I turned self loathing into self loving and my life slowly turned upside down ..The voice got louder and louder. In 2007 I found myself in the Himalayas in India where I had a spiritual awakening and I embarked on a Full Power New me and a new way of life. Really getting in tune to The Universe and my Higher Self. I tapped into the frequency of love and abundance. 💖

Since then I have been on the most amazing incredible time of my life, filled with love, fun, happiness, peaceful mind and manifested abundance in all areas of my life 🤩

But It's not all been rainbows and unicorns, I have suffered tremendous loss, grief and heartache a long the way too. 😭

Now I find myself living in Scotland with my amazing little family and running Soul Sista Events + offering Spiritual Healing really is a DREAM come true , so I'm very grateful for all who come along and to all who support me . I LOVE seeing YOUR TRANSFORMATIONS , I LOVE helping women step into THEIR POWER and SHINE👌💃

I'm just a regular girl who is following her heart and instincts.❤️ (Mmm not sure I can use the term 'girl' at my age 😂)
