Hi I’m Teresa!
I’m the owner of St. Florence Apothecary.

We’re a family owned business based in Orlando, Florida. As a homeschool family of 7 we know how chaotic bath time is! It’s difficult to find soaps and lotions that work with everyone. Much less find products that have no artificial fragrances or unnatural chemicals.

So we decided to make our own and share them with you! Our products are simple, waste free, and great for children.

How do I place an order?

You can purchase our products on our Etsy page. Stock of a product may vary.

How quickly will I get my order?

At St. Florence Apothecary we take pride in our products so it can take anywhere from 2-24 hours for an order to be packed and ready!

🌿 We will always ship to the address you’ve provided.

NOTE: Our company does not work on Sundays. So if you set an order on Sunday please expect it to be shipped out on Monday.

Do you ship outside of the United States?

Unfortunately we do not provide international shipping.

Do you accept returns?

Due to the delicate nature of handmade products, we are not accepting returns.

If the product you’ve received is damaged , incorrect, or sent by mistake please contact us immediately for a resolution.

What makes your soap different from store bought stuff

At St. Florence Apothecary we avoid all artificial ingredients. You won’t find artificial dyes, fragrances, or unnatural chemicals. We make our products in small batches to ensure that all our customers are guaranteed fresh and well made items.

How long does your soap and products last?

On average our soap and products lasts for a couple of months. This varies depending on how often the soap and various products are used.

🌿 In order to use every bit of our soap, keep the soap dry on a soap dish when not in use.

NOTE: The Everything Balm does not need to be put in the fridge or a cool dark place. The beeswax in the product keeps it from melting.

Why does my soap sweat?

In humid conditions handmade soap will often “sweat”. This is due to the glycerin drawing out moisture from the air and onto the soap.
There’s nothing wrong with the soap! It’s just the natural ingredients doing their job.
