—Minimum waiting time: One week. Maximum waiting time: One month. If the waiting time is going to be extended, I will notify the client and they can decide if they wants to wait or refund the money in full.

— If the customer cancels the order for any reason, the money is not refunded.

— The client must describe what they wants from the beginning, I will only redo a draft in its entirety a maximum of three times. After the third time, he can only make minor changes.

— You can only make large changes at the draft stage.

— I can post the commissions/designs unless the client says no. If the client doesn't say anything about it, I'll assume they don't mind if I post it.

— Puedo postear las comisiones/diseños a menos que el cliente diga que no. Si el cliente no dice nada al respecto, asumiré que no me importa que lo postee.

A: Am not doing clases or something similar but Ibis has some tutorials on it's YouTube Channel.

A: Actually, I can't sketch on digital. That's all.
