Liability Disclaimer •

Please be advised that Yaj Olivar, acting as the Middleman, will not be held liable for any future issues related to the account. These may include refund requests for game top-ups, negative gems, or account recovery by the seller. To ensure additional security, it is highly recommended to request or proceed with the transaction under a warranty contract.  

Warranty•

Inform the Middleman in advance if you require a warranty before the transaction begins.  

Refund Policy •

Once payment has been sent, there is a strict no-refund policy for any fees.  

Account Transfer Restrictions•

Until the account has not been fully transferred to you (100%), you are not permitted to make any changes or perform top-ups.  

Account Condition•

Before proceeding with the trade transaction, please ensure that the account being traded has no issues, such as H/A, H/E, N/DL, or N/LR. Additionally, the account should be easy to bind or modify. If possible, provide a screenshot as proof for your client for future assurance.

H/A – Hacked Abyss

H/E – Hacked Exploration

N/DL – No Dead Link

N/LR – No Lost Receipt (Ownership is prioritized over proof of purchase.)

Cancellation Policy•

If the client requests to cancel the transaction while it is already in the middle of being processed, they will be required to pay a cancellation fee equal to twice the standard rate (x2).

Bank/E-Wallet Information•

We require you to provide complete details of your e-wallet and bank information, or share your QR code for more convenient transactions,

Providing only the initial name is not sufficient.

MM is not responsible for any loss of payment due to incorrect information provided.

Patience and Process Duration•

Clients are encouraged to exercise patience, as the transaction process can be complex and time-consuming. Completion may take several hours, days, or even months, depending on the circumstances.

Go to the personal information section and make sure the email and phone options are correctly connected to your designated recovery email and phone number. Also, if "Manage Auto Verification Status" is enabled, please disabled it.

If the Google prompt is not visible among the options, please proceed directly to " manage your device " option and then continue to step 5 below.

Proceed to step 5: Click the Google Prompt button and click the " manage device " button and select any devices that do not belong to you. Sign out all of those devices.
