Yoga with Malvika

Hey beautiful souls! Welcome to ‘Yoga With Malvika’.

I started this project with an intention to empower and inspire young minds in building body confidence. It’s a small effort in educating exhausted individuals who are striving hard to reach goals one after the other, be it in professional lives or personal. With Yoga, I wish to help you ground yourself in the present, to consciously be aware of where you are right now than where you want to be, and be more in tune with your true self. 

I believe Yoga & Meditation along with some other mindset practices can help you become more happy, peaceful and most importantly stress free. This in turn optimises your work potential and quality of life in general.

The pandemic left me without a job and a salary, and I knew there is nothing I could do for another year as I work in the travel industry. Fortunately, I started practicing Yoga and Mindfulness and it definitely has changed the way I look at life. I am in a beautiful state of mind inspite of certain inevitable challenges and I know you can be too.

Though I have moved out of India now, I still try to take batches suitable to the Indian audience.
