Tara is a fantastic yoga teacher. Always gives a variety of positions to fit with ability. Great communicator and easy to book a class with. Highly recommend.

Tara's Yoga classes are excellent. I've been coming for a number of years and both styles of yoga that I've tried with her (hatha and yin) are well led. During the classes, Tara gives people a number of options re the positions to cater for varying levels of flexibility and also gives guidelines about where and how one should be feeling the stretch. She also gets people to focus on their breath using a few techniques to help with relaxing into positions.
