♡ “Why is there no cash on delivery?”
As our stocks are very limited, we would need full payment to be made first to secure your order.

♡ “How do you send us our item?”
We only ship within Singapore. No international shipping.

+$2 for normal mail (no tracking number)
+$4 for registered mail (with tracking number)

Alternatively, you may self-collect at Woodlands Street 41 or you may arrange your own delivery (e.g., GrabExpress, Pickupp, etc.).

♡ “How safe are your products?”
Extremely safe & sanitary! We wash, clean, sanitise each individual product for your own concern and safety.

♡ “How long can your products last?”
If unopened, for about 2 years. If opened with skin contact, around 7 months - 1 year.

♡ “What does Vegan / Cruelty-Free mean?”
Meaning we use only plant based ingredients without any harm to animals. Non-toxic and safe for all skin types!

♡ “Can I get a refund for damaged items?”
Items will be double-checked for any defects beforehand and safely ready for self-collection or shipping. We are not liable for any loss or damage in transit.

♡ “Why are the items / colours limited?”
We work in small batches and everything is handmade so we are focusing more on how special a product is being made. All lipglosses are exclusive.
